VIOLATIONS (from the PHRC)

Ventilation for bathrooms into attic
space.

Flex-duct exceeding manufacturer�s recommendations for length.

Common air return for 1st and 2nd floors.

Over-cutting at structural member for duct and boots.

Duct tape used for connecting duct.

Water supply lines in the return air duct.

Outside air not provided to gas fireplace and/or outside air not
provided to gas appliances in confined space.

HVAC chase not fireblocked at floor-to-floor in concealed framing.

Equipment not vented properly (water heater & furnace).
-
No indirect waste for HVAC condensate or water heater.

Romex run or boxes installed in return air plenums. (Note: Romex is
permitted to pass through the space but is not permitted to run
continuously in a return air space).

Electric panel not labeled.

Back to back electric boxes not permitted in rated wall between dwelling
units.
